"8/21 Fathers day came in with my two small kids at 8:50 am ordered 2 sandwiches and 1/2 doz day old bagels, 3 things of schmear and 2 specialty bagels. Then a huge group of 20 plus people came in. about 10 mins in my son needed to go to the restroom. We came out waited til about 910 checked with the staff at mobile order if they had called my name since I was in the restroom she looked and said it was still being made and it was still guna be awhile. Then multiple people who ordered after me were getting their orders and leaving including th be big group. At 9:18 I checked on food again with someone at the register who I originally ordered from they couldnt find my order anywhere and realized it had been a long time and told someone making orders that I came in before the big rush that already left. Staff said they would make it again. Kandy the manager overheard the situation and told staff to give me a half dozen bagels but i had already ordered a bunch and asked if I could get a credit, the staff asked Kandy and she said to come on on the days she worked then to pick them up. I let her know we dont come often and asked if I could get something to bring back like a certificate or gift card or something to show that I have a credit for the 1/2 dozen bagels she said no and said she would write it in the back that we could receive it on the next time. Then she went back to work. She didnt hear my whole story or even ask so I informed the person who took our order the whole story about checking with the staff at the mobile order counter and she would relay it. We finally got our food at 9:26. Ive worked in food service and understand things happen but I dont feel like the issue was handled well or resolved well at all! The only person who seemed understanding and apologetic was the girl we ordered from."

"First time here, so looking for what they had on the menu. My spouse can't see well and read what's on the wall, and they had no printed menus. Typically that would make me drop a few stars. However, the young lady behind the counter saw what was going on and approached my spouse with a question and answer conversation, waking her through what she would like and matching it to what they have. She was very patient and helped her make choices and order. Very sweet and helpful."

"I recently popped into this place to grab bagels and I was happy I did. You can tell they have experience as they have a good variety of options to choose from. They offered breakfast sandwiches, iced lattes, and it was great bc they have plenty of space inside to hangout or you can grab to go."
